Wrapped 2025 isn’t just for Spotify.

1 Real Story

A LinkedIn friend suggested trying a ChatGPT Wrapped 2025.

So I did.
Mostly out of curiosity.

And wouldn’t you know it — Chatty (yes, that’s what I call my AI) impressed me.

Instead of her usual snarky self, she was surprisingly reflective.
She saw me in a way I never would have, even if I held up a mirror.

It wasn’t about how often I use her or what I ask her to do.

It was about how I think, build, decide, and evolve.

It reflected patterns I hadn’t consciously lined up yet:

  • The way my work has shifted from coaching moments to building systems
  • How often I move from insight → structure → scale
  • The fact that I didn’t follow a linear path; I built a bold one that fit me(okay, I knew that one already)

What surprised me most wasn’t the accuracy.

It was the clarity.

The themes were already there.

I just hadn’t paused long enough to line them up.

1 Leadership Insight
Self-awareness isn’t just about knowing your strengths.
It’s also about recognizing the patterns you repeat when you’re at your best.

Leaders often ask:

  • What should I work on next?
  • What’s the right move?
  • What’s missing?

A more powerful question is:
➡️ What keeps showing up when things are working?

When you step back and look at:

  • Where your energy goes
  • What problems do you keep solving
  • What people come to you for

That’s not accidental.
That’s data.

You start to see your real operating system.

1 Practical Takeaway

Try this quick exercise. No AI required.

Look back over the last year and ask yourself:

  • What did I build repeatedly?
  • What problems did I keep getting pulled into?
  • What work felt heavy vs. energizing?
  • What patterns would an outsider notice immediately?

Then ask:
➡️ What is this preparing me for next?

Careers don’t always move in straight lines.
But growth leaves clues.

When you have the self-awareness to see the opportunities —
and the courage to follow them —
you don’t end up lost.

You end up exactly where you’re meant to be.
