Amy leads our Coaching and Business Consulting services. Amy is a people leader, strategic visionary, and operational powerhouse. With experience from developing strategy for government contractors, startups, and leading international non-profits, to managing ceremony operations at the 2002 Winter Olympics, Amy has a history of achieving excellence in diverse industries. She has had functional responsibilities for finance, accounting, HR, marketing, contracts, project controls, legal and real estate.
With 20+ years of experience as an executive including CEO, COO, and Founder roles, Amy has grown companies from idea to sale and turned companies from red to black all while having a guide dog in training by her side.
Gary Schechner- Marketing
Gary is a dynamic sales, marketing and advertising leader with experience in both B2C and B2B spaces. He can assist with everything from brand/re-branding endeavors to traditional marketing strategy & leadership needs. Whether you’re building a team or looking for some outside resources to help execute your plans, Gary can help you get ‘unstuck’.
As an endurance athlete (3x Ironman) he’s familiar with pushing boundaries-physical and mental, but also knows how to make your competitors ‘uncomfortable’. He is tomorrow’s marketer today!

Leigh DeWulf- Human Resources
Leigh is part of our HR practice. She is a SHRM-SCP and a graduate of Virginia Tech. She lives her life by the Hokie motto “Ut Prosim” – That I may Serve. Leigh is also a graduate of The Coach Training Institute and holds numerous certifications in human behavior. Her career spans 20 years working in and focusing on creating success for small, emerging businesses by bringing out the best in the people. Leigh’s passion for giving back started while volunteering with the Virginia Tech Rescue Squad and has progressed to serving on non-profit boards. She lives in Virginia with the shelter-rescue animal of the moment. In her spare time, she loves to garden, travel, and develop workshops that bring women together through personal development and wine.
